We collect the following information:

  • Google Business Profile (GBP) performance data including: calls, direction requests, reviews, photo views, and other metrics available via the Google API

  • Your business name and contact information provided during onboarding

  • The last 4 digits of your payment card (processed via HubSpot Payments — we do not store full payment details)

We also collect website usage data through analytics tools and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Set up and maintain your real-time dashboard

  • Clarify location information when needed

  • Improve our product and internal operations

We do not use your data for advertising or send automated performance updates.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your GBP data is securely stored in a private BigQuery database.
Form and payment submissions are protected using SSL encryption.

At this time, we do not hold enterprise-level certifications (e.g., SOC 2), but we follow modern cloud security best practices.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data.
We only share it with:

  • Google APIs (for pulling GBP data)

  • HubSpot Payments (for billing)

No partners or resellers are given access to your data.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and the following tools to track usage and improve our site:

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Tag Manager

  • HubSpot tracking

By using our site, you agree to our use of cookies.

6. Data Rights & Access

At this time, we do not support user-initiated data exports or deletion.
We plan to add this capability in a future release as part of product expansion.
