### **1. Overview**

The Dashboard Project provides real-time dashboards using Google Business Profile (GBP) data. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

### **2. Subscription & Pricing**

- **$50/month** for one business location
- **+$10/month** for each additional location
- Includes: setup, support, and occasional updates
- Does *not* include performance analysis or consulting

### **3. User Responsibilities**

You must have a valid Google Business Profile and connect it using a secure link from DigitalSero.com. You are responsible for accurate information and timely access.

### **4. Access & Termination**

If your payment fails or is canceled:

- You’ll have a **7-day grace period**
- After that, dashboard access will be revoked  
  Refunds are available **only within 48 hours** of purchase (excluding the first month). No retroactive refunds will be issued for past billing periods.

### **5. Usage Restrictions & Intellectual Property**

You may **not** resell or reuse the dashboard. All dashboard content and configurations are the intellectual property of The Dashboard Project. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your business only.

### **6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability**

We are not responsible for:

- Inaccuracies in Google data
- Downtime caused by Google APIs
- Any lost revenue or business decisions based on dashboard data

This service is provided **“as is”** with no guarantees of uptime or accuracy.

### **7. Legal Jurisdiction**

This agreement is governed by **U.S. law**. Any disputes will be handled within U.S. courts and legal systems.
