📄 Terms of Service

1. Overview

The Dashboard Project provides real-time dashboards using Google Business Profile (GBP) data. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & Pricing

  • $50/month for one business location

  • +$10/month for each additional location

  • Includes: setup, support, and occasional updates

  • Does not include performance analysis or consulting

3. User Responsibilities

You must have a valid Google Business Profile and connect it using a secure link from DigitalSero.com. You are responsible for accurate information and timely access.

4. Access & Termination

If your payment fails or is canceled:

  • You’ll have a 7-day grace period

  • After that, dashboard access will be revoked
    Refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase (excluding the first month). No retroactive refunds will be issued for past billing periods.

5. Usage Restrictions & Intellectual Property

You may not resell or reuse the dashboard. All dashboard content and configurations are the intellectual property of The Dashboard Project. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your business only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in Google data

  • Downtime caused by Google APIs

  • Any lost revenue or business decisions based on dashboard data

This service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime or accuracy.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be handled within U.S. courts and legal systems.
